25,000 sq. ft. headquarters and recording studio fit-out featuring exposed ductwork, hydronic systems, fan coils, and specialized acoustic ducting systems designed for studio environments.
Deciem Labs - Toronto
15,000 sq. ft. office and laboratory renovation featuring HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, gas services, laboratory exhaust systems, acid waste piping, and specialized controls for research environments.

Seven-storey self-storage facility and satellite buildings featuring HVAC, VRF systems, gas services, boilers, in-floor heating, snow-melt systems, plumbing, and integrated controls.

LifeLabs - Etobicoke
Laboratory fit-out featuring plumbing, HVAC, 120-ton VRF cooling system. Designed and commissioned to maintain strict temperature and humidity requirements.
IBM Transformer Room Cooling - Markham
IT infrastructure upgrade including 60 tons of VRF cooling, refrigeration piping, fan coil installations, and exposed spiral ductwork for critical environment.
SiriusXM - Toronto
20,000 sq. ft. office build-out featuring HVAC distribution, studio exhaust systems, plumbing, kitchenettes, and washroom facilities for broadcast operations.
Pier Bar – The Well - Toronto
Custom plumbing installation for a feature island bar within The Well food hall, including new sanitary drainage and domestic water services.
Subaru Dealership Expansion - Whitby
7,500 sq. ft. dealership addition completed without disrupting daily operations. Scope included new underground services, drainage systems, mechanical installations, washroom renovations, and full controls integration, all coordinated within an active service facility.
Fanuc - Mississauga
Office and warehouse headquarters fit-out including HVAC, plumbing, gas, compressed air, and controls. Scope featured rooftop equipment installation, washroom facilities, warehouse services, and assembly infrastructure.
Lionsgate - Toronto
Downtown Toronto office fit-out featuring new RTUs, ERV systems, exposed ductwork, gas piping, hydronics, plumbing, and BAS controls. Included a complex crane lift and street closure for rooftop equipment installation.

80,000 sq. ft. multi-floor office fit-out and dedicated IT facility build-out. Scope included complete mechanical replacement, new hydronic systems, HVAC distribution, plumbing, and specialized cooling infrastructure for high-density server environments.

Ground-up sales centre featuring new plumbing services, HVAC, ERVs, exhaust systems, and a 40-ton VRF heating and cooling system with full refrigeration and controls integration.
